Free time activities:
 

• Swim in the natural pools of the two big Shishink Falls, the Blue Cascade or the Cascade Yagé
• Walk down to the Druid’s Caves at the Canon of the river Culebritas and don’t miss the Shaman’s Gorge
• Discover the primary rainforest Nunkui with its huge variety of plants and animals
• Walk the paths of flowers and local fruits
• Enjoy the refreshing waters in the natural spring-fed pools
• Use our volleyball fields or the soccer field
• Spend some time bird-watching, it’s definitively worthwhile

 Druid's Caves        

   The following activities may cost a little extra (approx. $ 2-8) for the
   needed materials or costs they evoke:

• horseback-riding
• dancing lessons of Salsa or Merengue
• Ecuadorian cooking night
• Rappel
• Ecological SPA
• Andean ceremonies with Shamans
• Gardening, planting your own garden
   

   Social commitment

   How you can help make a difference:

   While you are here you may participate in our projects and become
   involved in the Ecuadorian way of life.

   In Shishink we founded the “Ecological Club Shishink” not only to
   protect the rain forest (we buy land for protection and reforestation) but
   also to improve the living conditions of the people in the nearby
   communities. We want to assure constant medical care and build primary
   and secondary schools.

   Whatever profit we make with the Spanish School Shishink is fully
   used in projects of the Ecological Club Shishink!!
